How quickly will my order be delivered?
If you order on a weekday before 8 PM, you'll receive your order the next day in 99% of cases.
Is everything delivered at the same speed?
No. Our sample packs are handmade and may therefore take 1-2 business days longer.
My package hasn't arrived yet, what should I do?
If you still haven't received your order after 4 business days, please feel free to contact us, and we'll look into it right away!

Can I return my order?
Yes. Sealed, unopened bags can always be returned within 14 days. Shipping costs are at your own expense.
I'm not sure if my dog will like it, what do you recommend?
Still in doubt? We recommend trying a sample pack first. This way, your dog can get acquainted with PAWR without you having to make a large purchase right away.
Is PAWR suitable for sensitive dogs & allergies?
We cannot accept returns on certain items. This is clearly indicated before purchase.

What is the difference between the Crunchies and the Superfood Mixes?
Our Crunchies (Healthy Habits) are dry kibble and are given dry.
Our Superfood Mixes are a blend of dry kibble with dried superfood flakes. You prepare them with a little warm water (approximately 45 °C) and let them soak for a few minutes. This creates an extra fragrant, tasty meal.
Can I mix the foods?
Yes, absolutely. Our foods can be perfectly mixed. You can give them together in the same bowl or alternate them per meal or per day.
Tip: combine the Crunchies with a Dinner and add a little warm water for extra fragrance and taste.
Which food is most suitable for picky eaters?
All our foods are palatable and approved by many dogs.
From experience, we see that picky eaters often prefer the Superfood Mixes. Because you prepare them with a little warm water and let them soak, a delicious aroma is released that appeals greatly to many dogs.
Can PAWR be given with meat?
Yes, it can. PAWR can be perfectly combined with meat-based food, both with kibble and fresh meat.
You can mix it in the same bowl or alternate it per meal. This way, you gradually make your dog's diet a little healthier and more sustainable.
Can I give PAWR to my puppy?
Yes. Our Healthy Habits contain more than enough proteins and minerals to allow puppies to grow healthily according to FEDIAF guidelines.
How do I know if this food is good for my dog?
We understand perfectly — especially if your dog is sensitive or you don't want to switch food without good reason. PAWR is hypoallergenic and easily digestible, making it very suitable for many dogs, even those with sensitive stomachs or intestines.
