2. Customer: the person with whom pawr.nl has entered into an agreement.

3. Parties: pawr.nl and customer together.

4. Consumer: a customer who is also an individual and who acts as a private person.

1. A consumer can cancel an online purchase during a cooling-off period of 14 days without giving any reason, provided that:

- it is not a product that can spoil quickly, such as food or flowers;

- it is not a product that has been tailor-made or adapted especially for the consumer;

- it is not a product that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (underwear, swimwear, etc.);

- the seal is still intact if it concerns data carriers with digital content (DVDs, CDs, etc.);

- the product is not a trip, transport ticket, catering order or form of leisure activity;

- the product is not a separate magazine or newspaper;

- it does not concern an (order for) emergency repair; and the consumer has not waived his/her right of withdrawal.

2. The reflection period of 14 days as referred to in paragraph 1 starts:

- on the day after the consumer has received the last product or part of 1 order;

- as soon as the consumer has received the first product with a subscription;

- as soon as the consumer has purchased a service for the first time; or

- as soon as the consumer has confirmed that he will purchase digital content via the internet.

During the cooling-off period, the consumer will handle the product and packaging with care. He will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether he wishes to keep the product. If the consumer exercises his/her right of withdrawal, he will return the product to the seller with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original shipping packaging, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the entrepreneur.

If the returned product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in value to you. Therefore, always treat the product with the utmost care.

During the cooling-off period (14 days after receipt of your product) you may use the product as you would in the store. However, if the product is used in such a way that it is no longer in 'store condition', you may receive less money for the product. You can also use the European model withdrawal form to inform us that you wish to cancel the purchase. However, use of this form is not mandatory.

The consumer is obliged to return the product to PAWR within 14 days after the return notification, failing which his/her right of withdrawal will lapse. The costs for returning are at the expense and risk of the consumer.

If the consumer has exercised his/her right of withdrawal in a timely manner and as a result has returned (part of) the order to PAWR in a timely manner, pawr.nl will refund the amount (if any) paid by the consumer, in full or for that part of the order. refund the returned order to the consumer within 14 days of receipt by pawr.nl.

If the consumer invokes his/her right of withdrawal and returns (part of) the order on time, the costs for returning will be at the expense and risk of the consumer.
