We're sorry that our food isn't quite to your liking. If you purchased a product from us but would like to exchange or return it, there are a few rules that apply. We've outlined these below. Please have your Track & Trace code/Order number and Postcode handy and fill out the contact form here . We'll help you as quickly as possible.
All products in our range can be exchanged or returned unopened .
Please ensure your package is sufficiently stamped. Returns are at your own risk, and we recommend packaging the package securely and sending it by registered and/or traceable mail. You are responsible for the cost of exchanging or returning the item. We will only reimburse return shipping costs in exceptional circumstances (e.g., if the item is damaged).

Definitions
1. pawr.nl, statutorily established in 's-Hertogenbosch under Chamber of Commerce number 85817155.
2. Customer: the person with whom pawr.nl has entered into an agreement.
3. Parties: pawr.nl and customer together.
4. Consumer: a customer who is also an individual and who acts as a private person.
Refund
If the consumer has made timely use of his/her right of withdrawal and as a result has returned (part of) the order to PAWR in time, pawr.nl will refund the amount (if any) paid by the consumer, in full or for that part of the order that has been returned, to the consumer within 14 days of receipt by pawr.nl.
Right of withdrawal
1. A consumer can cancel an online purchase within a reflection period of 14 days without giving any reason, provided that:
- it is not a product that can spoil quickly, such as food or flowers;
- it is not a product that has been tailor-made or adapted specifically for the consumer;
- it is not a product that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (underwear, swimwear, etc.);
- the seal is still intact, in the case of data carriers with digital content (DVDs, CDs, etc.);
- the product is not a trip, transport ticket, catering order or form of leisure activity;
- the product is not a separate magazine or newspaper;
- it does not concern an emergency repair order; and the consumer has not waived his/her right of withdrawal.
2. The 14-day reflection period referred to in paragraph 1 commences:
- on the day after the consumer has received the last product or part of 1 order;
- as soon as the consumer has received the first product with a subscription;
- as soon as the consumer has purchased a service for the first time; or
- once the consumer has confirmed that he will purchase digital content via the internet.
During the cooling-off period, the consumer will handle the product and its packaging with care. They will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether they wish to keep it. If the consumer exercises their right of withdrawal, they will return the product with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in the original shipping packaging to the seller, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the seller.
If the returned product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what's necessary to try it out, we may charge you for the reduction in value. Therefore, always handle the product with the utmost care.
During the cooling-off period (14 days after receiving your product), you may use the product as you would in a store. However, if the product is used in such a way that it is no longer in 'shop condition', you may receive a lower refund. You can also use the European model withdrawal form to inform us that you are canceling the purchase. However, using this form is not mandatory.

The consumer is obligated to return the product to PAWR within 14 days of receiving the return notification. Failure to do so will void their right of withdrawal. Return costs are at the consumer's expense and risk.
Reimbursement of return costs
If the consumer exercises his/her right of withdrawal and returns (part of) the order on time, the costs for returning the product will be borne by the consumer.
